Title : Admin & Accounting Officer Salary :
 Requirement :
Responsibilities :

(A) Admin

1. Responsible for overall company & office administration.

2. responsible for new staff orientation and training;

3. Act as GM assistance/ secretary for Business Development
(BD), all documents preparation and coordination

4. Coordinate with applicant and client for appointment or
other related issues.

5. Responsible all tasks related to Government departments,
registration & regulation, such as licence & certificates,
BR renew, updated and compliance.

6. Coordinate with appointed IT vendor and manage all office
computers & facilities.

7. Other tasks that may as assigned by GM


(B) Accounting

1. Responsible for overall company accounting duty & account
audit work.
2. Issue & follow up of invoice & payment and other related
documents;
3. Monthly payroll & MPF for staffs , Consultants &
Secondees
4. Follow up on all related documents from various parties
5. Other tasks that may as assigned by GM


Requirement :

1) University graduate in Business or Administration or
related disciplines. Lower qualification candidate may
also be considered;

2) With accounting experience & use of MYOB is preferable;

3) Working experience in HR or recruitment firm is
preferable;

4) Hard working & willing to learn and take up task
ownership;

5) Good communication skill with ;

6) At least can master one main language in HK – English and
or Chinese,
