Preferred levels are flexible, if the person has more/less experience, they will adjust accordingly. It terms of title, a Web/Mobile Programmer can also be called an Analyst Programmer if this is what they prefer.

• Staff can start work between 9 - 11 and it’s not time stamped on start time as long as the work gets done
• WFH arrangement for 2 days a week is encouraged, to be worked out between the team lead and the staff
