Job Description

Our are expanding our team and looking for someone interested in tackling problems to join us and support our business to grow innovatively. Besides collecting user requirements from different stakeholders, you will take ownership of the systems to plan and develop new features to enhance the operational workflow.

Key Responsibilities:
• Understand the needs to facilitate and balance the requirements among stakeholders Recommend feasible solutions to the stakeholders
• Act as a bridge of communication between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure the technical solution can address the business needs well
• Measure and analyze the launched features in order to provide feedback and insights to stakeholders and technical teams
• Assist in document system process flow to ensure stakeholders and development teams understand all processes

Requirement:
• Degree in Information Technology, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of solid experience in business analysis and project management, preferably in ERP system
• Strong communication skills, analytical & problem-solving skills Knowledge of database and experience in product development and UAT are a plus
