Job Description

Role:
We are searching for communicative candidates who are proactive and passionate about company products and the clients they serve. The successful candidate will act as a primary point of contact for his/her clients. You will build long-lasting relationships with your contacts, always striving to find the products which best fit the individual needs of the client. You will also aid internal departments by collecting information like product feedback and analyzing of client data, identifying industry trends, and growing revenue through different digital channels.
To succeed in this position, candidates should have exceptional communication, problem-solving and negotiation skills. You have to be analytical, adaptable, and organized. In this role, you will work with cross-functional internal teams (including founders, Marketing, Customer Success Product Development) to improve the entire customer journey.

Responsibilities:
- Prospect, Develop, and Close new customers
- Consistently seeking new sales opportunities through research and proactive prospecting
- Work closely with new trials/users within customers to expand use cases and drive more revenue
- Providing thorough product demonstrations, both virtually & on-site
- Develop trusted relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Managing a complex sales cycle and negotiating license agreements to bring deals to close
- Forecast pipeline accurately and achieve monthly/quarterly target

Requirements:
- 3+ years in a Sales-related role (closing role), SaaS strongly preferred
- Candidates with more years of relevant experience will be considered for "Enterprise BD Manager" title
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
- Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Cantonese and English
- Experience with target account selling, solution selling and/or consultative sales techniques
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities - Self-motivated, and highly organized with exceptional follow up skills
