Skill(s) Requirement:
Qualifications:

8+ years’ experience in IT industry with a strong background in leadership roles;
Extensive experience in managing high complexity application development/integration projects, especially in leading various testing activities. Proven track record in leading and managing testing in muliple large-scale application development/integration projects is a must;
Be able to demonstrate experience in managing combined on-shore and off-shore teams for 20+ team size;
Good understanding and rich experience in all aspects of testing, including functional and non-functional testing, spanning various test activities such as SIT, SAT, UAT, Regression Test, Test Automation, Load Test, Stress Test, Resilience/Recoverability Test, Defect Tracking & Management, etc.;
Project experience for either public sector and/or financial sector is a must;
Fluent in conversational English and Mandarin/Putonghua

Role & Responsibilitie:
Responsibilities
Client-facing overall owner and leader for the testing workstream in a large-scale complex project currently in development phase
Accountable for the success of effective and timely completion of all testing activities, aiming to identify defects early to mitigate project delay risks
Lead Business Analysts, Senior Test Leads, Test Automation SMEs in performing test cases creation, execution, automation, test cycle management, defect tracking and management, test metrics tracking and reporting
Manage a large testing team spanning 3 geographies -- HK, China, and India
Be able to early identify risks, issues, and potential delays early, and proactively mitigate them from impacting project quality and timeline.
Apply effective professional stakeholder management and communications, collaborate with other project workstreams and teams to achieve project success.
