Responsible Officer (Type4 & 9) x 1
Job Responsibilities:
⚫ Act as Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type4,9 regulated activities
⚫ Manage daily operations to ensure full regulated compliance.
⚫ Ensure all business activities comply with SFC rules and guidelines
⚫ Liaise with SFC, HKEX and other regulatory bodies for regulated activities related matters
⚫ Formulate, review, and update the operation procedures to ensure full
regulatory compliance
⚫ Evaluate and analyse potential investment opportunities through companies and market research
⚫ Provide advice and support to management on strategic activities and daily
operations

Job requirements:
⚫ Current holder of SFC Responsible Officer license for Type 4&9.
⚫ CFA/CPA is an advantage; Degree holder in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related disciplines. Blockchain working experience is preferred.
⚫ Minimum 3 years of solid experience in asset management relating to portfolio
management and fund operation.
⚫ Solid understanding about middle and back office operations, risk controls and investment process of fund management companies.
⚫ Ability to work under pressure, with strong analytical, leadership, presentation and interpersonal skills.
⚫ Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
