Product Manager in a Blockchain VC Fund x 1
Responsibilities:
⚫ A domain expert who understand crypto Ecosystem Development
⚫ Develop relationships with external partners both within and outside crypto industry, helping drive initiatives to grow our long term business and strategic partnerships
⚫ Refine and enhance initiatives launched with projects
⚫ Run analysis, conduct external research, synthesize findings from internal teams
⚫ Troubleshoot and solve ad-hoc issues in a timely manner
⚫ Support other operational activities if necessary

Requirements:
⚫ 1-5 years in IT/ blockchain, ideally familar with crypto industry and ecosystem
⚫ Data-focused, analytical and structured. Ability to analyze data and structure insights. You will push the company to be more data-driven in its approach to excellence
⚫ Highly hands-on / Ability to roll up your sleeves
⚫ Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to build and manage strong relationships with the team, cross-functional colleagues, and external partners
⚫ Entrepreneurship mentality. Must be a self-starter and leader who evaluates the
risks and rewards of different growth initiatives
⚫ A passion for crypto and digital assets.
