Skill(s) Requirement:
• 5+ years in a consulting, CRM cloud product or information technology role, with client engagement at senior levels and demonstrated business development skills
• 3+ years of experience managing large complex Salesforce transformation programs for enterprise clients (experience using agile and hybrid methodologies is a plus)
• 2+ years of experience managing, coaching and developing team members
• You are capable to communicate with internal and client stakeholders on all levels of the organisation and in various ways
• You possess strong financial management skills, including understanding and interpretation of financial results, budget development and forecast accuracy
• You have strong analytical skills and use a consultative approach to shape, negotiate and close deals
• You have an organized and adopt a well-structured way of working
• You have hands-on experience interpreting high level requirements, writing out functional / technical specifications, performing high level estimations, running internal process and writing proposals and contracts or agreements
• You have a proactive attitude and feel comfortable assembling a bid or project team including internal resources, (sub)contractors, ISVs and other parties as needed
• Excellent written and verbal command in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Must be eligible to work in Hong Kong, SAR of China
Candidates with less experience will be considered for an Associate Engagement Manager position.
The following Salesforce.com certifications are required:
• Salesforce Certified Administrator
• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud Consultant
Other Salesforce.com certifications are a big plus.

Role & Responsibilitie:
Responsibilities:
• Driving strategic alignment with prospects and customer during pre-sales, implementation or ongoing support phases
• Leading discovery and assessment projects to drive downstream opportunities
• Translating customer vision, business objectives into functional and technical requirements using deep Salesforce knowledge and understanding of the customer / industry landscape
• Assessing and estimating requirements for staffing and successful delivery
• Coordinating functional, technical and other internal resources
• Facilitate and drive internal processes including pricing, SOW preparation, and review
• Preparing, leading and supporting internal and external sales presentations
