Skill(s) Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information system or other technology related fields
• Minimum 5-8 years of relevant work experience with end-to-end Salesforce.com implementations, integrations, and enhancement projects and delivering overall solution architectures for CRM projects
• Experience in designing and implementing Vlocity based solutions including taking full ownership of the technical solution
• Understanding of Vlocity specific custom objects and industry specific platform processes
• Integration experience with other Salesforce applications and/or external systems
• Solid understanding of Cloud and CRM development processes and methodologies
• Ability to create supporting technical documentation, detailed design specifications and effort estimations
• Knowledge about OOTB functionality and the ability to guide system analysts and developers between using configuration or coding
• Proven ability to effectively communicate complex ideas, issues, concepts and solutions to clients and executive project stakeholders
• Hands-on delivery experience of CRM implementations is mandatory
• Understanding of Telco industry and hands-on Telco BSS digital transformation experience is mandatory
• Owner of at least 2 Vlocity certifications
• Excellent English written, oral and presentation abilities
• Understanding of Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin) is a plus
• Self-motivated team player

Role & Responsibilitie:
• As part of the iX Salesforce Practice, leverage your Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) experience to solution and deliver digital transformation projects for our clients in the Telco Industry
• Construct technical architecture of multiple solutions in accordance with industry standards, use cases, strategy and business needs using Vlocity components like Vlocity Omniscripts, Vlocity DataRaptors, Vlocity Cards and Console
• Work with business and technical teams to design a solution that optimally utilizes Vlocity for clients’ overall Telco BSS digital transformation
• Interact directly with both business and technical client stakeholders to understand the engagement requirements and drive the solution
• Take ownership of technical delivery and lead technical team of system analyst and developers according to architecture and solution design you set up
• Support sales/presales activities by infusing a depth of knowledge around Vlocity product capabilities and Telco specific business processes, data requirements, and technical complexities
