Skill(s) Requirement:
• 5+ years in a consulting, Adobe and/or MarTech implementation role, with client engagement at senior levels and demonstrated business development skills
• 3+ years of experience managing large complex digital transformation programs for enterprise clients (experience using agile and hybrid methodologies is a plus)
• 2+ years of experience in a people management role, managing, coaching and developing team members
• 2+ years of experience managing relationship with external supplier to drive business pipeline and resell of supplier products
• You possess strong leadership and communication skills to engage with internal and client stakeholders on all levels of the organisation
• You have strong analytical skills and use a consultative approach to shape, negotiate and close deals
• You have hands-on experience interpreting high level requirements, writing out functional / technical specifications, performing high level estimations, running internal process and writing proposals and contracts or agreements
• You possess strong financial management skills, including understanding and interpretation of project financial results, budget development and forecast accuracy
• You have an organized and well-structured way of working
• You have a proactive attitude and feel comfortable assembling a bid or project team including internal resources, (sub)contractors, ISVs and other parties as needed
• Excellent written and verbal command in English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus)
• Must be eligible to work in Hong Kong, SAR of China
• Adobe Experience Cloud certifications are a big plus.

Role & Responsibilitie:
• Drive strategic alignment with prospects and customer during pre-sales, implementation or ongoing support phases
• Qualify prospect and prioritise opportunities, and mobilise functional, technical and other internal resources accordingly
• Translate customer vision, business objectives into functional and technical requirements using deep domain knowledge and understanding of the customer / industry landscape
• Lead and estimating requirements for staffing and successful delivery
• Lead internal and external sales presentations
• Facilitate and drive internal processes including pricing, SOW preparation, and review
• Lead discovery and strategy work to drive downstream implementation opportunities
