Skill(s) Requirement:
• Degree holder preferably in Computer Science or Engineering disciplines
• At least 12 - 15 years of professional experience in application/system implementation
• Strong experience / knowledge in project management tools, techniques, and systems development methodologies and lifecycles, including Waterfall and Agile
• Solid experience in project management, program management, solution planning or delivery
• Management experience of sizable, large scale system implementation projects
• Experience in managing resource, technical delivery, prioritization, cost etc
• Experience in facing Senior Stakeholder/ CXO/ CIO level
• Strong Digital Programme Management experience and cloud experience would be a plus
• Experience managing a global diverse programme with multiple stakeholders/vendors and delivery partners
• Ability to foster and build relationships, engage and influence others, work with diverse internal and global business units
• Good command of written and spoke English, with strong communication skills to work with partners globally

Role & Responsibilitie:
Responsibilities:
• Manage programme strategy and the programme approach across a series of projects or component activities, building stakeholder buy-in around plans, commitments and changes
• Manage complex system integration projects with Waterfall & Agile Methodologies
• Assist business stakeholders with the decomposition of complex business requirements into Epics and User Stories that can be delivered by Technology teams via respective backlogs with minimum cross product co-ordination
• Ensure Technology programmes align to Project strategies and contribute to towards achieving strategic aims
• Responsible for managing teams at cross country level, this includes business & technical teams (Business Analysts, Architects, Delivery Teams, UX/UI Designers, Testers)
• Manage programme budgets, including headcount and software delivery capitalisation
• Able to manage dependencies across multiple work streams for system implementation projects
• Proven experience in identifying project risks and issues, and making effective decisions/engaging project team members to develop risk mitigation plans
Transformation Framework and Project Risk and Controls framework
• Manage the relationship with the client and key stakeholders
• Support pre-sales activities from proposal construction to presentation
