Skill(s) Requirement:
'Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering related degree or equivalent alternative education, and practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in designing and building scalable, distributed and high resiliency, low latency trading platforms or equivalent industry experience including a minimum of 5 years as an enterprise or solution architect.
• 5+ years of experience with applying modern enterprise architecture, design, delivery and software engineering practices across public and hybrid cloud operating models and technologies, serverless architecture, containerization, cloud infrastructure architecture, relational database architecture, NoSQL database architecture, networking, storage, DevSecOps, CI/CD, data center operations and other infrastructure technology domains in large, complex enterprise environments.
• In-depth practical experience with various cloud migration strategies, including rehost, replatform and refactoring.
• Strong experience with developing technology strategies, reference architectures and roadmaps; acknowledged thought leader in technical domains with exceptional systems thinking ability ranging from conceptualization to implementation.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience to recommend, adopt, customise, integrate and apply industry standards and frameworks, which include enterprise architecture, secure systems design, SDLCs, service delivery, business change and transformation.
• Demonstrated excellent customer obsession, business acumen and in-depth knowledge of regulated exchange and financial services industries

Excellent written and spoken communication skills with proven ability to communicate with impact, drive consensus, influence relationships and articulate complex information in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences.
• Have developed business-aligned technology strategies, investment cases and solutions that have disrupted traditional thinking and ways of working.
• Experience with standard architecture methodologies such as TOGAF.
• Architecture certification such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert and Google Professional Cloud Architect.
• Knowledge of agile product development methodology and ways of working.
• Have a demonstrable background in accredited environments, with experience in balancing business benefit and technology risk through working close with ISMs and CISOs to develop appropriate risk balance cases and documentation.
• Comfortable working with multiple external industry, regulatory and statutory stakeholders and obligations.
• Experience working in a large architecture practice.
• Have an excellent command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese. Ability to communicate in Putonghua would be an advantage, but not compulsory.

Role & Responsibilitie:
• Asses the current systems architecture and provide best-practice advices to both senior business and technical clients stakeholders
• Design and deliver complex solutions with exponential technologies to provide innovative solutions to address clients’ needs of digital transformation
• Define and Implement systems architecture and assess the business impact of various technology solutions
• Provide internal supervision and guidance to development teams during implementation stage
• Provide updates to stakeholders on solution development processes, costs, and budgets
