Skill(s) Requirement:
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field
• At least 3 years of digital marketing experience (consulting experience is a plus)
• Strong project management skills and self-starter mentality
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo or other cloud-based marketing automation tools
• Experience in digital marketing campaign execution, digital marketing operations management and systems implementation
• Good understanding of systems development lifecycle with working knowledge of HTML, SQ, AMPscript
• Self-motivated and independent
• Fluency in English and (Cantonese is a big plus)

Role & Responsibilitie:
Responsibilities:
• Lead a team of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Practitioners executing digital marketing campaigns and developing marketing automations/journeys using SFMC.
• Plan, coordinate and prioritize campaign and digital marketing automations/journeys development with the client and internal team members based on the agreed resource arrangement and the client’s business priority.
• Manage multiple projects within the account, including estimating price for a given initiative and identifying resources needed, managing risks/issues, and ensuring quality of the delivery.
• Identify opportunities to improve functional design and collaborate with technical team on assessing technical feasibility.
• Provide digital marketing advisory based on market and industry best practices.
