Your Role and Responsibilities :

Turbonomic Software Brand Technical Specialist (BTS) is a technical sales role of OUR CLIENT Hong Kong, responsible for the promotion of Turbonomic solution in Hong Kong, covering the solution area of:

• Application Resource Management (ARM) platform continuously assures that applications get precisely the right resources needed to perform, while maintaining policy compliance and eliminating overspending.
• Network Performance Management (NPM) technology provides modern monitoring and analytics solutions that organizations need to monitor their network infrastructure, and simplifies the extraction and enrichment of metric, flow, and streaming telemetry data across multi-vendor networks enabling enterprises, carriers, and managed service providers to ensure optimal network operations and performance.

Turbonomic BTS need be highly motivated, collaborative and a self-starter and will play direct role in driving and growing market share and help to build Turbonomic into the crown jewel of OUR CLIENTs IT resurgence. Turbonomic BTS need to qualify, quantify opportunities, to deliver solution presentation and proposal for our customers, as well as to conduct technical engagement activities, like Solution Demonstration, Proof of Concept Test, Technical Workshop etc. Candidate should have in-depth skills of virtualization and Kubernetes Container technology in the market or in the cloud.

Required Professional and Technical Expertise :
Bachelor Degree holder from Computer Science / Engineering relevant discipline is expected

At least 3+ years working experience of Application Resource Management (ARM) and Network Performance Management (NPM) solution area with following attributes:

• Interest in virtualization (VCP-DCV) and cloud computing architectures.
• Experience in data center infrastructure or related field in a sales engineering or consulting capacity
• Experience with sales prospects in person, understanding complex environments and delivering the Turbonomic value propositions effectively
• Highly motivated, competitive, and passionate team player who is driven to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast paced, and high activity environment
• Strong affinity for customer relationship management and requirements gathering
• Understanding of the virtualization management competitive landscape, and technical features of competing products within the ecosystem
• Astute in presenting to and conversing with customers; ability to deliver technical information in a clear and concise manner
• Interest in the data center interdependencies around the virtualization layer, including: storage, security, network infrastructure, applications, etc.
• Able to provide support occasionally beyond usual business hours
