Title : Operation Support Engineer x 1 Salary :
 Requirement :
Operation Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
 As technical representative to work with vendor support for fault isolation and problem fixing.
 Handle daily operation tasks, including health check, capacity monitoring (compute, storage, network, etc.), cloud service and resource provisioning / deprovisioning, Data Backup / recovery on Customer Private Cloud Platform.
 Monitor and maintain the performance and capacity of the Customer Private Cloud.
 Handle all ITSM process which includes all incidents (security or non-security related), problems and changes handling.
 Provide daily / monthly regular operation report to Customer representatives.
 Preventive Maintenance of Hardware & Software – regular monitoring and update on system (including system release, firmware, or patch) update from vendor and provide advisory to Customer representation for the execution plan and implementation.
 Monitor the system performance and network traffic and work with any related Subcontractor and Customer to resolve technical issue or performance issues.
 Re-active Maintenance / Fault handling on Hardware & Software – Co-work with Customer NOC / SOC team for monitoring on the platform healthiness and conduct troubleshooting, fault isolation, root cause analysis, tracking and following up on issues, hardware maintenance and system restoration during failure.
 Duty-in-charge for handling ad-hoc request such as incident handling during non-office hour (roaster-based on call duty)

Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree holder in Engineering, Information Technology or related disciplines
 At least 3 years’ relevant experience in IT support, system administration and networking.
 Holder of professional certifications such as HCIP-Cloud Service Solutions Architect / CCNP / CCNA / ITIL / CEH / OSCP etc. would be a plus.
 Solid Knowledge with the following Product(s) is a plus: Huawei Switch, Huawei CloudStack, Kubernetes, Palo Alto Firewall, Fortigate Firewall, SIEM, Commvault, RedHat, NeuVector, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Jfrog, GitHub, Windows and Linux server.
 Willing to learn, hardworking and well-organized.
 A good team player and able to work as a team.
 Good command in Cantonese and English, preferable to be able to communicate in Putonghua.
