Title : Infrastructure Director x 1 Salary :

Infrastructure Director
Global Leading Motor Manufacturer
Regional to Global Exposure
Tai Po Area

Responsibilities:
 Lead a global system administration and operations team based in Hong Kong
 Work with regional IT managers to deploy system standards and operating procedures
 Maintain a secure and efficient IT systems and operations
 Support 24x7 business operations covering all systems and networks
 Assist Head of Infrastructure and Operations for architecture and design in infrastructure and operations
 Ensure system administration staff are trained with necessary skills and knowledge
 Provide guidance to system administration staff in day-to-day operations
 Manage the performance of the system administration team
 Lead system implementation cycle from design, testing, deploying to maintenance
 Conduct monthly review meeting with operational KPIs and metrics
 Act as a product manager to create IT system as a service
 Coordinate with SOC and Data Center teams for system administration management
 Manage planning, change control, and risk management projects

Requirements:
 Bachelor Degree of Science or Master Degree of Science in IT related disciplines
 At least 10 years of work experience in infrastructure architecture and system administration; digital transformation exposure is an advantage
 Experience in regional or global IT operations and system administrations
 Project Management expertise
 Incident management experience
 Ability to organize information concisely and accurately
 Proven ability to work efficiently with different levels of management
 Certifications like CISSP/ CISM/ ITIL / CCDE / CCIE
 English and Putonghua languages fluency
