Skill(s) Requirement:
• 4 - 6 years of experience with solid profiles of managing system implementation projects for enterprise customers
• Possess experience of managing a team size of 8+
• Solid experience of managing offshore development teams
• Solid experience in project planning and tracking for project with multiple workstreams
• Understand the project details to drive successful project delivery
• Strong communication to both internal and external stakeholders
• Strong client and stakeholder management
• Self motivated to drive successful delivery and client relationship
• Experience in consulting firms is an advantage

Role & Responsibilitie:
'- Responsible for the overall successful project delivery on schedule and within budget
- Lead large scale system implementation projects from project initiation to project rollout
- Lead teams composing of onshore and offshore resources and multiple sub teams
- Define and execute disciplined project governance including project planning and tracking, risk, issues and change management- Provide guidance to the team to overcome challenges and complete the project milestones
- Develop client relationship to gain trust and resolve client issues
- Provide project status report to senior client stake holders
- Lead project steering committee meeting
- Maintain communication with client-side senior stakeholders
- Identify opportunities to Develop new business
- Work under the direction of project Director
