Skill(s) Requirement:
Required Professional and Technical Expertise:
· Experience and operational knowledge in supply chain planning (demand forecasting and planning, inventory management, replenishment planning, supply chain metrics dashboard) and S&OP processes gained from an internal role or consulting projects
· Functional and/or technical knowledge in the leading supply chain planning / control tower application systems or cloud based solutions implementation
. Performed PM or Senior BA (requirements and solution design) role in such supply solution implementation projects
· Professional qualifications in either supply chain professionals or leading supply chain technology solutions is an asset
· Strong analytical ability and complex problem solving ability
· Strong interviewing and observation skills
· Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to focus on the details and communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical teams

Role & Responsibilitie:
Responsibilities:
Initiate, scope, and lead the delivery of projects for identified supply chain planning and S&OP process improvements. This includes:
· Working with operational team members to understand processes, root causes, and outcomes
· Lead the analysis and preparation of recommendations that will drive greater productivity, reduce waste, avoid stockout, or eliminate duplication.
. Design the future state process, document the process change requirements and develop solution blueprint and implementation roadmap
· Partner with business leaders to maintain ongoing communication regarding improvement opportunities Design and facilitate customer insight sessions, lead cross functional teams to generate ideas for solutions that enhance customer experience.
· Serve as a solution consultant for emerging technology solutions platforms such as SAP IBP, Blue Yonder, etc.
· Develop compelling business cases, including gaining senior management buy-in, to accomplish business objectives - identifies, assesses and mitigates business risks associated with the current operating model and/or desired target state operating models.
· If applicable, utilizing financial measures and analysis of operational impacts to evaluate the cost and benefits of proposals
· Conduct feasibility studies on adopting a technology solution or off-the-shelf application package to transform end-to-end supply chain planning process
