Skill(s) Requirement:
BA/BS in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related STEM field in Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or related STEM field, Master/PhD is a plus
• At least 3 years of experience with Python, SQL or another programming language
• Proven Hands-on end-to-end experience designing and building machine learning models and workflows including data sourcing, wrangling, transformation, feature engineering, model validation and models evaluation.
• Experience in two or more of the following: Classic Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Natural Language Processing, Time Series Modeling, Operations Research, Reinforcement Learning and Recommendation Systems
• Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g. Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Theano, Keras, Spark MLlib, xgboost, NetworkX, luminol, Prophet)
• Statistical modeling through software (e.g. SPSS/SAS) or programming language (e.g. Python)
• Experience or coursework in machine learning and/or natural language processing
• Experience with or knowledge of Big Data platforms such as Hortonworks, MAPR, EMR, HDInsight or Cloudera
• Understanding of database and analytical technologies in the industry
• Demonstrated ability

Role & Responsibilitie:
• Working with business stakeholders to understand business needs and ideas and translate them into meaningful data/analytics solutions.
• Work on the end to end flow of a broad range of analytics use cases to deliver real business value
• Support senior data scientist to build and test the appropriate model that gives insight or a solution to the problem, overseeing the deployment into production
• Analysis of complex datasets to make decisions, and creates visualizations to drive data insight, and develops scalable algorithms and models.
• Make strategy recommendation on data pull, integration, aggregation and retention incorporating business requirements and knowledge of best practices.
• Writing software to clean and investigate large, messy data sets of numerical and textual data
• Integrating with external data sources and APIs to discover interesting trends
• Building machine learning models and other data products to solve customer problems & enhance business performance.
• Delivering end-to-end flow for a broad range of analytics use-cases right including data sourcing, cleansing, feature engineering, model building & validation, live experimentation and operationalization with feedback loop.
• Investigating/researching new concepts/technologies and their impact on the future of transaction banking; test out different algorithms can be fit for use case
• Designing rich data visualizations to communicate complex ideas to Business stakeholders
