Skill(s) Requirement:
Required Information:
- Number of Salesforce certifications obtained
- Number of Salesforce projects implemented (w. role, client name, project details, project period)

Required Skills:
1. University degree (or equivalent education qualifications) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Marketing preferred
2. At least 3 years of experience in end-to-end Salesforce implementation, from solution design to production launch
3. Experience with Commerce Cloud, other modules would be a plus: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Pardot etc.
4. Demonstrated ability to independently conduct business workshops, formulate business processes and document business requirements under both waterfall and agile delivery methodology
5. Good team player and able to work independently
6. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
7. Team leadership experience is a plus
8. Ability to perform configuration is a plus
9. Previous IT experience in consulting firm or services vendors is a plus

Role & Responsibilitie:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of business analysts to conduct business workshops and translate functional requirements
- Be the key point of contact for client-facing functional-related discussions
- Closely collaborate with architects and developers and be the go-to person for functional-related clarifications
- Perform Sales/Service/Marketing/Commerce cloud configuration and maintain related documentation
- Responsible for quality assurance and leading a team of testers to conduct SIT or in-sprint testing
- Support UAT and client clarification
- Construct knowledge transfer plans and conduct train-the-trainer workshops
- Clearly articulate Salesforce usage best practices and waterfall/agile principles
- Facilitate cutover planning and conduct Production rollout
