Title : Project Manager - Agile Coach / Scrum Master Salary :
 Requirement :
Project Manager - Agile Coach / Scrum Master

Job Description:
- Work with external stakeholders to sketch a high-level project requirements plan
- Work with internal developers to determine resources necessary to see projects through to completion during project planning
- Facilitate project kick-off meeting to explain the implementation process, the project time-frame and the relevant standard practices and procedures
- Coordinate, track and manage the activities of software project development, integration and live operation events to ensure tasks are completed on time
- Liaise with different departments to facilitate and drive communication (developer, art, design and business personnel)
- Provide tasks scheduling and communication suggestions
- Facilitate the development of a test plan, user testing of system functionality, enhancements, custom interfaces, reporting tools and conversion programs.
- Manage relationship with various parties, internal and external teams

Position Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in information Technology or a related field, or equivalent experience
Excellent communication and people skills
- 3 - 5 years of experience in project manager on IT projects
- Experience in managing and deploying iOS and Android projects to AppStore and Google Play would be a plus
- Previous experience as a developer would be a big plus
- Experience in developing and enhancing internal processes, demonstrate the ability to prioritize, replique montre de luxe and work well with teams.
- Project management certification (PMP, SCRUM, PRINCE etc) with focus on Agile methodology required
- Expertise in software development methodologies (SDLC, Waterfall, Agile) including being seasoned Jira and Confluence user is a must
- Strong sense of ownership for the project and demonstrate commitment to driving project objectives
- English, Cantonese and Mandarin
