Title : Assistant Leasing Manager x 1 Salary :
 Requirement :
A well-established investment property company located nearby Wanchai MTR station and requires the following positions to cope with our rapid expansion.


Assistant Leasing Manager
Responsible for handling leasing, tenancy agreements, property management, site visits arrangements and negotiation with tenants etc.
- Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Real Estates, Property/Facility Management or related disciplines
- At least 7 years experience in leasing and property management field in commercial and luxurious residential property from landlord side
- Knowledge in landlord / tenancy law and leasing procedures
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English
- Pro-active, customer oriented with excellent communication and negotiation skill
- Computer literate in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing
