Overall, below items should know very well.
 Solid understanding of Non Functional testing (It includes how to capture non functional requirement, How prepare Script, Debugging, Monitoring, Result Analysis)
 Apply Correlation for handling dynamic Data
 Use parametrization to handle various data set
 File handling
 Error handling

Good-to-Have:
Automation hands-on experience (Selenium)

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role:
Work as a Performance Test Lead
Analyzing Performance Scope UI or API

Work on Performance test planning, Performance test script development. and Performance test execution
Monitor Performance metrics, defects, and follow-up on defects closure
Prepare Performance Test result
Communicate to all stakeholders on project progress and status.
Provide support for checking test data and test environment
Participate in project status meetings including decision making and issue resolution.
Work collaboratively with Client team involved in the program towards successful delivery

Application/Platform is providing Basic Insurance services like Manage the Policies, Submit the claim, Find the nearest Doctors, etc.
It has both App and Web versions. Web is only for Life policy Owners. While App will help Life, EB, and now P&C customers.
