Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have:
Tool: Jmeter

Overall, below items should know very well.

 Solid understanding of Non Functional testing (It includes how to capture non functional requirement, How prepare Script, Debugging, Monitoring, Result Analysis)
 Apply Correlation for handling dynamic Data
 Use parametrization to handle various data set
 File handling
 Error handling

Good-to-Have
Automation hands-on experience (Selenium)

Role descriptions / Expectations from the Role:
1 Work as a Performance Test Lead
2 Analyzing Performance Scope UI or API
3 Work on Performance test planning, Performance test script development. and Performance test execution
4 Monitor Performance metrics, defects, and follow-up on defects closure
5 Prepare Performance Test result
6 Communicate to all stakeholders on project progress and status.
7 Provide support for checking test data and test environment
8 Participate in project status meetings including decision making and issue resolution.
9 Work collaboratively with Client team involved in the program towards successful delivery
