Title : System Analyst / Senior Analyst Programmer (Frontend Lead) x 1 Salary :
 Requirement :
System Analyst / Senior Analyst Programmer (Frontend Lead)

Responsibilities:
• Run a small development team to deliver customer facing websites or applications
• Work closely with business and IT teams to manage and deliver web projects
• Customize and enhance the Council’s CMS solution, TeamSite and WordPress
• Manage external vendors to fulfil integration requirements when necessary
• Participate in IT project activities, such as system design, feasibility study, effort estimation and scheduling

Requirements:
• 5 years or above experience in web development, including 2 years or more experience in leading a development team
(Candidate with less experience will be considered as System Analyst)
• High Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline preferred
• Strong in front-end development (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript); knowledge and experience in RWD, SPA (e.g. ReactJS) is a must
• Knowledge and experience in back-end development technology stack (e.g. Windows, Linux, Apache, Nginx, MariaDB, NodeJS)
• Experience in Cloud, e.g. AWS, and CMS, e.g. TeamSite and WordPress is a bonus
• Knowledge in project management methodology. PMP, Agile, SCRUM or equivalent qualification is an advantage
• Ability to work independently or with a team to meet tight project deadlines
