Service Manager – IT Delivery Manager

Job Highlights
• Customer engagement and pre-sales support
• Vendor management including SLA management
• At least 6-8 years of experience in IT Responsibilities: Reporting to Head of Data Services, this individual will be in charge of managing and supporting service delivery of the market-leading, community based B2B trading service to corporate members in FMCG, Food Service and Healthcare sectors, including but not limited to:
• Customer engagement and pre-sales support
• Manage project work from start to closing of project implementation as well as other professional service activities
• Manage the service support team as well as all related activities e.g. workshop / webinar, helpdesk support, follow-up calls/meetings, UAT, go-live preparation, etc.
• Vendor management including SLA management, incident management, change management, service implementation, etc. • New service development, service enhancement
• Manage regular committee meetings e.g. organize & conduct meetings, prepare meeting agenda & materials Mandatory Requirements:
• University degree or above.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in IT related service delivery management or project management.
• Fluent in English & Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua), oral and written
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Zoom/Teams
• Ability to effectively communicate with both highly technical and non-technical persons seamlessly
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent time management skills • Client-focused and results-oriented
• Ability to effectively cope with change and comfortably handle risk and uncertainty
• Effective relationship builder – one on one, one to many, internally and externally, small and large organizations Optional Requirements:
• Knowledge of OUR CLIENT standards.
• Knowledge of EDIFACT, XML or other EDI syntaxes.
• Understanding of latest Web and Data analytics technologies.
• Retail, e-commerce or healthcare industry experience.
• Project management / Service management certifications.
