Smart Contract Lead

Company: Startup, blockchain, defi, crypto, financial market, young, exciting environment
Location: HK, SGP, Remote
Term: full-time position, early founding member

We are actively hiring a skilled CTO / Smart Contract Lead Developer for permanent positions with a startup in the crypto/blockchain space. We offer long term incentive package with generous vesting allocation: base + equity

Main responsibilities:
• Own the technical side (strategy, research, coding) of the platform and joining the leadership team in driving success for the company
• Design and build a smart contracts architecture, incentives structure, yield pools and strategies
• Design, implement and test smart contract upgrades and additions
• Work with the community and smart contract auditors to implement fixes
• Responsible for tech team top talent hiring and monitoring including capital budgets for purchasing, staffing and operations
• Keep abreast of latest trends and practices in the crypto / blockchain
Requirements
• Able to take the initiative in thought leadership, innovation and creativity
• Previous working experience as a CTO (Chief Technology Officer), preferred but not required
• 7+ years of full stack web development (APIs, client-facing apps), expert with blockchain/DLT/smart contract programming and issuance
• Independent, enthusiastic, hungry, accountable, team player, security minded, enjoy building from zero - one
• Open, transparent and direct communication
