Assistant Account and Administration Officer
Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Work in small team environment
• Need to use MYOB accounting system
• Handle full set of accounts independently
• Daily entry input, handle bank receipt and payments operation
• Perform daily routine accounting and clerical works
• Assist to ensure proper internal control in place and formulate appropriate policy and procedures
• Assist to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of accounting information system
• Regular reports with data analysis
• Prepare Ad hoc reports and tasks as required
Requirements:
• High diploma in Accountancy or above or related disciplines
• Good PC knowledge including MS Excel, Word & Chinese Word Processing
• Fluent in both spoken & written English & Chinese.
• Independent, mature and initiative
• Detail-oriented, committed, pro-active and under pressure
• Familiar with MYOB
• Immediately available is highly preferred
