Title : Assistant Manager - Business Analysis x 1 Salary : 28000-40000
 Requirement :
Assistant Manager - Business Analysis
Responsibilities:
 Responsible in mobile / web project involving project coordination and work closely with both project team, IT team & clients and act as the first point-of-contact for clarification
 Lead regular project meetings and document key action points
 Develop project schedule and keep track on the progress
 Strong sense of user experience, business value and product quality with data-driven mindset
 Define and establish project scope and business requirements with the stakeholders. Perform business analysis, user story, and define the workflow and UX/UI. Provide recommendations on process enhancements
 Manage end-to-end project business analysis including feasibility study, requirement analysis, UAT,
and implementation support
 Conduct system test and obtain signoff from business users
 Build a strong relationship with senior business leaders and decision-makers
 Formulate projects which can assist the achieving the business objectives

Requirements:
 University graduate preferably in Business, Finance, Information System or other related disciplines
 At least 4 years relevant working experience in business / finance / technology analysis
 Self-motivated, organized and being a good team player
 Capable to work with business users from all levels, analyze and translate business needs to become effective, business and technically viable IT solution
 Strong sense of responsibility with good analytical and problem solving skills
 Experience or interest in product design will be an advantage
 Strong sense of user experience, business value and product quality with data-driven mindset.
 Good verbal and written communication and project leadership skills, including an ability to communicate effectively across cross-functional teams
 Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Business Analyst

(Salary Range: HKD28K – HKD40K)
