Job description:
職位描述:

Provide installation and commissioning service for customers
為客戶提供安裝調試服務
- To provide installation and commissioning to customers when compressor equipment is delivered.
空壓機設備交付時，為客戶提供安裝和調試服務
- To provide equipment maintenance training to customers on-site.
為客戶提供現場設備維護培訓

Provide maintenance and repair service for customers
為客戶提供維修保養服務
- Perform the day-to-day service operations and activities for compressor equipment.
完成空壓機設備的日常服務操作和維修保養
- To contact with customers to identify general problems and provide necessary suggestions.
與客戶聯繫，識別設備問題並提供必要的建議
- To initiate technical advice to customers to minimize equipment downtime.
為客戶提供技術指導，以減少設備停機時間

Co-ordination with sales, and technical team
與銷售和技術團隊通力合作
- To interact with sales team to provide efficient after sales service to customers.
與銷售團隊相互協作，為客戶提供有效的售後服務
- To keep relationship with technical team to give feedback about product’s quality issues on site.
與技術團隊保持聯繫，及時反饋產品質量問題
- Has the responsibility to contribute to the sustainable operations for parts and service and also to have a good structure in the areas of quality, safety and environment issues.
為產品零配件和售後服務的可持續發展，以及產品質量、安全和環境方面做出貢獻

Experience Requirements:
經驗要求:

- More than 2 years experience in compressor equipment service or related equipment.
2年以上壓縮機設備或相關設備維修經驗

Knowledge / Educational requirements:
技能/學歷要求:

- College graduated or above, majored in mechanical engineer or equivalent.
大專以上學歷，機械工程或相關專業
- Basic English in speaking and reading.
基本的英語良好, 具有聽說讀寫能力
- Good computer skills.
基本的電腦智識

Personality requirements:
品性要求:

- Excellent communication skills and customer oriented.
優秀的溝通技巧，以客戶為導向
- Willing to travel.
願意出差

Others:
Work location: Shek Kong warehouse, Hong Kong
Working days a week: 5 working days
Working hours: Mon to Fri = 08:30 to 17:45
Lunch hours: 12:30 to 13:15
Holidays: public holiday
Annual leave: 10 days
Benefit: attractive fringe benefits (insurance & pension) and good training opportunities will be offered
Monthly salary: HKD20,000 to HKD24,000 (negotiable), also have double pay and annual bonus
Immediate available is highly preferred
