Client: Out Client is international Vendor and Consultancy Company.

Key Technical Skills / Domain knowledge:
BPO

Budget / Monthly Salary:
Max around HKD80K (Negotiable)

Skill(s) Requirement:
• 8 years (or more) of relevant experience (in BPO sales, consulting or solution sales), including 5 years (or more) of direct experience in the full sales and account management cycle of BPO for clients in multiple business sectors.
• Functional and/or operational knowledge in one or more the business functions including Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and banking/insurance operations.
•
• Language: Cantonese (native) and English (fluent); Mandarin skills a plus
• Education: Bachelor's Degree or above

• Strong analytical ability, developed complex problem-solving ability, and creativity

· Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional qualification in specific business functions (e.g. CPA), PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or Change Management is a plus

Role & Responsibilitie:
• Plan, lead and support marketing developments events to raise customer awareness of company’s offerings and capabilities in the BPO space.
• Bring BPO domain expertise and work with other stakeholders to develop and execute account plans.
• Lead engagement with prospective clients and qualify their business needs in the BPO area.
• Lead the analysis and preparation of recommendations and business case (with support from Solution Architects) for BPO that will drive organizational effectiveness and cost optimization.
• Manage the contracting lifecycle of BPO service offering for a client.
• Guide the transition of the current operations to the target operating model.
• In sold engagements, continue to bring new value propositions to clients (up-sell and cross-sell)
