Skill(s) Requirement:
Portfolio must have details such as UX flows, UI intent, business intent, and business outcome. And any other thinking processes.

The portfolio should include in-depth research and development of the projects
Required

• Bachelor's or Master¡¦s Degree in Design, similar discipline or non-design degree with design bootcamp training
• Have a design portfolio demonstrating a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices
• 3-5 years of experience in UX/ Product/ Service Design
• Demonstrated ability to understand complex business or experience problems
• Familiarity with workshopping techniques and ability to facilitate a diverse group to a desired outcome
• Demonstrated ability to work in a client facing environment
• Strong professional verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• English, Cantonese: Fluent Mandarin is a plus
Skills
• Familiar with the latest digital design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Protopie, Overflow and etc.
• Expertise with UX deliverables: user journeys, experience mapsm personas and wireframes
• Storytelling, presentation, and communication with the ability to clearly express and sell ideas to client

• As a Facilitator, you will set up the logistics and customize the materials. You will be responsible for running the meetings, ensuring the team stays on track, and keeping a high-level view toward a successful outcome.
• Simultaneously, you¡¦re a Consultant, building a relationship with interdisciplinary IBM and client teams to deliver value to the client and create opportunities for IBM.
• As a Designer, you¡¦re advocating for the end user¡¦s needs and positive user experiences and crafting logical UX and beautiful UI.
